Sir , I wish to thank you for all the efforts taken by the Current Administration for the industrial development of TamilNadu. I wish to give some suggestions for the development Tamilnadu. In advanced countries hardly three percent of the people are engaged in Agriculture. In tamilnadu , close to sixty percent of the population is engaged in Agriculture.Agriculture is never ever going to pay high paying jobs. We can't take all the agriculture manpower to high end service manpower overnight. All the Highend IT and ITES jobs are suitable for collage graduates who has good degree. If we create more IT parks , it will create a strong Tamil middle class. But still it does not address the 80 percent of the population , does not goes to collage. Best way to create a better paying jobs to the 80 percent of the population is giving more focus on manufacturing jobs. Right now the manufacturing is concentrated around Chennai. We need a similar manufacturing Clusters in each part of tamilnadu . I mean, one in Central tamilnadu, one in southern tamilnadu , one in Southern Tamilnadu and another in western tamilnadu. As more and more manpower , moves out of agriculture to manufacturing we can slowly modernize the tamilnadu agriculture. We become a very strong economy in india and southeast asia. My another suggestion is reform in the Unorganized labor laws. In USA the Government decide the Minimum wages in the Unoraganized sector. Minimum wages are always by Hour in USA. India also minimum wage law is there . But it is always by Day. This should be changed by Hour .Any one who works 50 hours per week should be able to get wages more than poverty line. Minimum wages could be different from sector to sector and different in different parts of tamilnadu , based on the economic condition the place in tamilnadu. But the wages should be paid by hour. Another Suggestion I have is for the Financial needs of small businesses.In tamilnadu most of the unorganized sector jobs are created by Small businesses which employ upto twenty five people. It is alawys difficult to get loans from public sector banks. Taminadu government should create a bank , to give loans easily available to these small businesses. I hope when you decide the industrial policy of the state , you keep my suggestions in Mind. Thanks Kumaran

Dear Sir, Making helmets compulsory is good for one's safety. But strict law against using cell phone while driving will be a great one for other's safety. Kindly do the needful regards this. Also , I would suggest that making sound horns in signals irritates others and very few are doing this as this might be of a big problem for the patients / students . The traffic police may enforce some strict action against those doing this unnecessarily. Kindly see to this too sir. This might make travels peaceful.

Dear sir, this is mohan kumar from chennai with warm wishes and regards. i am born and brought up in our DMK atmosphere right from childhood. i am an engineer, son of Mr.K.Anandan General Secretary, LPF, Arasu Cements. at present i am staying in velachery check post for morethan 4 years. here the houses are being rented only through brokers and also we have to pay Rs 4 / Unit for monthly current. it is engaged by almost all of the house holders.the new commers to chennai in search of job are taking house for rent in velachery mostly but actually this is mere robberry now tamilnadu being in our KAZHAGA NALLATCHI so i hope that this shall be taken in as serious matter and we expect some strict regulations. thank you, VAZHGA TAMIL............VALARGA DRAVIDA MUNNETRA KAZHAGAM.

Now the hoteliers are charging 40 - 50 rs which poor and lower middle class people can not afford to pay please. Southern Railway is provding Janatha meal, food pockets in Chennai central at a cost of 15 rs.
