Till now TamilNadu Govt. under Kalaingar & Thalapathi has provided many Wellfare Schemes for the benifit of the poor, however none of them are recurring income genereating scheme for the poor. I have one Suggestion 1. As Tamilnadu is facing sever power problem, i request you to supply the Grid Interactive solar power generating system for each home, which can be installed on house roof tops & power purchased by the TNEB, Central govt. isgiving subsidy for this scheme for more than 1MW generation, which will benefit only big players, so request you to formulate a scheme to generate power from Solar SPV system from each household with 10KWE which may generate income for the poor household and Tamilnadu will also be power sufficient. Hope that a system or scheme is formulated regarding this and equipment is supplied by Govt., along with soft loan and Central Govt. Subsidy and TNEB power evacuation system, which can be implemented in next 5yrs in each and every household like other schemes that are implemented. The cost of Solar SPV system increases manifold manily because of Back Up storage of electricity like the battries, however if these Back-up is eleminated and power is evacuated by the THEB will bring a another revolution in the Solar Power generation in the world. Humbly request you to study the feasibility of this scheme, however there will be many opposition / rejection for this scheme like anyother schemes of this Govt. like Rice @1/kg, Free TV's. Insurance Scheme, etc., with your able guidence this can be implemented. Thanking You.

REQUEST IMPROVE ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS IN TN. My suggestions dated Sep/17 on the need to improve the standard of spoken/written English among the educated youth of TN seems to have 'fallen on deaf ears' as it hasn't been published till date. Even so-called BEs/MCAs/MBAs passing out from engg.colleges/institutes in TN can't speak/write simple/correct English compared to plain graduates from other neighbouring States, including Maharashtra and Goa. Tamilians are definitely at a disadvantage compared to them in the job market. Though our engineers possess the requisite 'domain knowledge' they are unable to express themselves clearly in English and hence feel dejected when rejected at job interviews. This in turn gives them an 'inferiority complex'. This is because of the wrong policies pursued by successive governments in TN to 'kill English, just to spite Hindi'. In their zeal to promote Tamil they have closed their eyes and minds to the reality that 'ENGLISH IS THE WINDOW TO THE WORLD'. The sooner this is realised by your govt. and sincere efforts made to improve the English language skills of graduates/PGs, the better it would be for the youth of TN aspiring to take up challenging jobs both within and outside the country.

Hai sir, We are very glad about that you have been promoted as D.C.M. of Tamil nadu. Actually I want to share my worst experience about work from home projects through online and offline. We a group of four friends started the same business. For that we have to pay a non refundable deposit also. The vendors will be always shouting on another end to finish the work from our end. We also done our very best effort on the same. Once we complete our file that will be send back to the vendor who given the business to us. After some point of time they will not be available. Finally we left with their mobile nos only. For doing this business we spent nearly 50000.00. The main thing is that the vendor also receive the file like us. This is a bg chain. Nobody knows who is initiater of the business. The profit of the vendor is non refundable deposit. This is not my problem. This has a major impact in Tamilnadu, especially in chennai and vellore. Hence you are requested to safeguard the people of tamilnadu take the necessary action. Insist regulatory aspects, so that most of women and youngster who are all involved in this business will be protected. . Best Regards, Sathish Kumar

Respected Honurable DCM Sir, I read your article of global warming in your website and gone through some websites about Global warming. From which i come to know that our India stoods 4th place in Green House Gas (GHG)emission country. I suggest a few to meet the crisis which i know from my sorroundings. 1) The DMK Goverment is the onlyone Government brouht a act of protection of tanks and eviction of encroachments during 2007 and the act come into force from 01.10.2007. The act is in paper only. The PWD officials are taking efforts here and there to identify the boundary of the tanks and tried their best effort to evict the encroachments. But the encroachers who encroached the tanks are again come back to the same place and again they do the same. I would like to sugget that please instruct the PWD officials to grow trees in the encroached areas and maintain the growth of trees for a period of one year and the trees planted shall be maintained in future. A mass financial rpovision shall also be made at the time of starting the proposals. If we grow trees near by the tanks the GHG emitted from the paddy fields can be balnced by the trees. You know that the paddy fields are emitting CH4 methane which is more dangerous gas than CO2 and NO2. Please look into this issue so that we can preserve the lands encroached by the public and can grow trees which will help us from GHG and Global warming.

Dear Thalapathi, I would like to bring to your kind notice about our last assembly election and also the plan need to be considered on. Our total supporters are 35%(might be I am wrong), remaining are non supporters. How to increase our permanent vote bank? Here with I have shared my thoughts if I am wrong please excuse me. 1. You are the right person to increase our capacity. You are working very hard but if you see the basic level volunteers are not up to the mark.(like ex-MLA / MLA’s , district / circle level Secretary are not working to the extent of people expectation) 2. we have lost the North Tamilnadu(Thirupur, Erode, etc,,) so you need to change / action against the our party responsible people in order to make the confidence among the people belonging to these areas. we (administrators) should give first preference for people who are looking for the help / facing problem. 3. One more suggestion if we lost the particular area , you have to ask the responsibility of the local administrators(so that they will work on ground level with more responsibilities). 4. This is the right time for you to meet the people because JJ is not at all meeting the people other than election time. If you increase your visit to local areas(like Villages , urban places and slum areas) I have confident you would reach the level better than EX-CM MGR. 5. We had discussions with ground people they have strong feeling like you are doing an excellent job but its not reaching properly to the below poverty people (around 30% of people are in below poverty it should increase our vote bank). 6. I remember I met you on my colleges days and I became a fan of you. But its not happening at your end frequently. Yearly once youth conference need to be conducted by yourself(you should be the chairperson) so that we can bring more attention from youth’s.(like Raghul visit). 7. we need a persons like you in every city/town.(like very activity , reachable and politeness) but local administrators are not even reachable. 8. To encourage more ground level party worker.( to give best performer award / other encouragement). Once again sorry if I have over come my limits but here I have taken my privilege as you are the good administrator as well as listener and you are the first Dy.CM (Future CM) who has the forum for publics.

Respected Sir, Congartulations to you for ushering a much needed energy and dynamism to the Governance. I am very confident that the people of Tamil Nadu can look forward to betterd days ahead. As a common citizen and a well wisher of yours I have a few suggesions on Infrastructure improvements in the Chennai city. 1. Gemini Flyover was a great idea of our Kalaignar. Now, it needs improvement. I think there needs to be a flyover which runs over Gemini starting from Woodlands and lands on the other side after the Kodambakkam high road junction. 2. Traffic is chaotic at the Devar Silai junction at Nandanam. It is high time that a mega flyoevr of the size of Gemini is built here. If thought is not given to this junction, traffic wil become just unmanageable in the nexy couple of years. 3. Chennai badly needs alternate and new Roadways. It was a fantastic idea by the DMK Government to construct two broad Roadlines along the river adyar from Adyar to Nandambakkam. I am not sure if this plan is still on. It would be great of you can fasttrack this project. This will considerably ease traffic in and around guindy, saidapet and adyar. Sir, I wih this mail is brought to your notice and I will be delighted to get a response from you. Regards Syed

Respectful Dy. Chief Minister We are extremely happy to see you are performing very well and pray almighty to be our Chief Minister. We are having a problem in our Gowrivakkam. A Shopping Complex under the Control of SEMBAKKAM TOWN PANCHAYAT is situated on TAMBARAM VELACHERRY MAIN ROAD. OPPOSITE TO S.I.V.E.T. COLLEGE. Here there are totally 20 shops are available. 10 on Ground Floor and 10 on First Floor. Out of which Four Shops facing Velacherry Main Road. The four Ground Floor Tenants of these Complex have fully extended their shops upto the Velacherry main road and thus occupied all the open spaces which are freely available to all to park their cycles / two wheers, etc., In this complex there is a ratio shop available which is catering the needs of the pupblic. Lorries are coming to download essential items. Opposite to this complex there is a CHRISTIAN CHURCH is situated. Now, all the public are suffering a lot to park their vehicles / two wheelers / bicycles here. This is due to the enroachment of the entire free space by the four ground floor tenants. MAY WE KINDLY REQUEST THE RESPECTFUL DY. CHIEF MINISTER TO KINDLY HELP US BY RESTORING THE ENITRE OPEN SPACE BY DEMOLISHING ALL THE ILLEGAL ENROACHMENT AND GIVE RELIEF TO OUR SUFFERINGS. Qote: "In the Medical Field, all sections of people in Tamil Nadu deserve good primary care at affordable prices. Primary care centres should organise community programs like vaccinations and public health awareness campaigns regularly. He dreams of a society having the world’s best medical facilities capable of controlling and eradicating all diseases." Hon'ble Sir, The above qouted matter is the motive and ideology of your good self. We the common public welcome the ideology. The achievements by Your good self will be done and reach the goal soon. The suggestion is that almost in major city Government Hospitals sophisticated Sceintific appliances like MRI, CT Scan Pace settors etc.. The Government Hospitals are provided with all facilities by the Hon,ble Chief of Tamilnadu. The doctors especially chief doctors and specialists employed in the Government Hospitals are running Private hospitals in binami names and cavassing/compelling the patients who visit to the Government Hospitals. To achieve their aim they will never attempt to use the sophisticates scientific equipements provided in the Government hospitals and see that they will be kept idle with some technical problems with the aid of the technicians, so as to create compelling situation to the needy patients. The rich and those who are having insurance coverage are able to manage to visit to the private hospitals where the specialists and chief doctors (Government doctors). The poor, Poorest and the middle class patients are struggling for proper treatment and cure. Please instruct the top level officials to conduct detailed review about the usage of each equipment in the hospital. And Please pass a act to the effect that the chief/Specialists doctors working in Government hospitals should have private practice and visit to Private hospitals. Thanking You V.Veeraraju.

AN APPEAL TO OUR DY CM FOR IMPLEMENTING A SCHEME TO KEEP THE COMMON PUBLIC'S HEALTH FIT: Our public especially the aged people are ailing from many health problems.Regular Walking or physical exercises are recommended as the best and cost effective treatment for many health problems in the present lifestyle by the doctors. Many people use the roads and small lanes for the walking in the morning and evening which sometimes results in accidents. Also in many cities the vehicle traffic starts in the early morning itself and this results in inhaling polluted air in the roadside, which causes health hazards on a long run.The schools/colleges in our state are having vast playgrounds and during morning (before comencement of classes)and evening hours(after the classes are over), these playgrounds could be utilized by the public with proper permission with Identification cards issued by the Heads of Schools or by a committee formed for this purpose with the Head of the School/college as chairman,Physical Director of the institution as secretary with teachers and local public/Parent Teacher Assn.functionaries as members.A walkers club could be formed in all the schools and colleges for the benefit of the public in the locality and different activities like walking, jogging, simple games like shuttle, badminton, ring tennis etc could be permitted for the public in the morning between 5.00am to 7.30/8.00 am and in the evening time after the school/college hours up to 7.00/7.30pm.A nominal admission fee of Rs25 to 50/-could be collected from each public every month by the club and the same could be utilized for the maintenance and upkeep of the play grounds at the schools/colleges. This will facilitate the common public to keep their health fit and the facility will induce more people to take up regular exercise so that we can create a healthy population in our state. As the Govt. is providing many health initiatives like Kalaingar's Medical Relief scheme to the downtrodden, Varumun Kappom scheme etc, this is a scheme which will helpa large chunk of our common people in the middle class and poorer sections especially the WOMENFOLK to keep their health fit. Prevention is Better than Cure. May I request our Dy.CM to best owe his personal efforts to implement a scheme in the above suggested lines in consultation with the high level officials,Medical professionals, social workers, educationalists, common public etc in order to have A STRONG AND HEALTHY TAMILNADU. -K.R.Mayilswami, MSc(Ag)

Dear Sir, I am a resident of Baby Nagar, Velachery, Chennai. This is to bring your attention to the fire accident in this area and news reports published in Junior Vikatan on their issues dated 23, 27 & 30th of September 09. Here power theft from the electric posts is a common affair and even after several complaints at the local EB office and to the vigilance cell of TNEB. But no stern action has been taken to control this menace. When enquired why no actions have been taken we were given lame excuses just to avoid this issue. Recently there is a fire and people have been injured due to this. I request your immediate attention and action to regularise this and save the valuable lives from further casualties arising out of the illegal power trade and theft.

Dear Sir, Hearty Congratulations for your able administrative reforms and innovations in administration. In the meantime, I would also request you to kindly concentrate on the Transport Department and the services, since it involves a large number of public. I would like to bring to your kind notice-some of the mockeries happening in the Trichy Regional Transport Office where the administration is run over by the so called agents/brokers. I entered the office on 22/9/09 by 10.00 a.m. for a driving test for my spouse and waited for a long time for want of proper direction. Immediately the so called agents started abusing the Motor Vehicles Inspector Thiru Rajamahendran using filthy language that no literates will like to listen. The MVI does not reply a single word to counter but remained a dumb spectator. By 12.00 noon, the MVI started to inspect the driving ability but refused to test a lady for reasons known to him only. The driving school instructor ran begging behind him for the test and finally the MVI obliged to test but refused to sign the papers since he had reached his limit. The other MVI Mr.Ashok kumar was on leave for half day and we were made to wait until the other MVI arrived. Until the arrival of the next MVI by 4 p.m. we were made to wait for unknown reasons. For obtaining a mere driving licence, we were made to wait in the Office from 9.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.with almost exhausted completely. Please note that this is not the frustration of us but a large number of publics on the functioning of Transport Departments. I would kindly request you to maintain a good governence of the office by convenening meetings of the higher officials and pulling them to uphold the dignity of Government and it's Office and to educate them, that they are not superior than the public. As you are the most gifted and priveliged, since you are made to guide the public and steer our State to prosperity, I once again request you to look into the matter kindly and make necessary innovations. Thanking you verymuch, with best wishes for your success. Lieut. K.Vijaykumar No.l47, Sundarraj nagar, Trichy 620 020.

Mr. Stalin, Recently read in newspaper that Tamilnadu is experiencing 2000 MW power shortage. When we want to become No 1 in indsutries this is not a welcome sign. Gujarat is constructing worlds largest solar power plant, generating 2000 MW,but why are we not doing anything about it, all the more we are also selling electricity to Karanataka (ridiculous) when we are not self sufficient. We cannot starve and sell our food!!!!. Litter Litter Litter everywhere!!!! This is the foremost problem of Chennai. Please sanction 2/3 mechanised machines for every area to clean up the city. Onyx was doing a good job..but alas you stopped them . Most of the roads in chennai are full of pits, not repaired at all. Also we need to expand Chennai dsitrict where by we include Thiruvallur, sriperambadur, orgadam also. As the indsutrial belt is here when they are counting total GDP from South India - Bangalore District is first and then comes Chennai which is followed by thiruvallur, kancheepuram etc. which should be avoided. Also please do something on Greenfiled Airport . It was planned to start greenfiled airport and current expansion at the same time. But till now even study has not been carried out while Bangalore and Hyderabad has already got new swaky airport. Chennai lacks behing in everything. Singara chennai still a distant deam I guess.

HI Sir, I want to bring to you kind attention that all flyover built are looking pathetic in condition. Why cannot we have good landscaped lawns, shrubs, ornamental plants underneath and round about the bridges. This will look a clean and pleasing look. Also all the roads have sand dunes on either side of the road...why cant we lay roads till the end so it remains clean. We are a metro city buy see Hyderabad and Bangalore they have superseded Chennai in cleanliness, maintainence and beautification....please do something .

Sir, I hail from Cuddalore. The town has not had its due for a very long time. Even while announcing Engineering and medical colleges at different places in the state, Cuddalore has been ignored. The eng college went to Panruti which is a much smaller town. Villupuram got an engineering and medical college. This is not fair considering, even politically Cuddalore has elected a DMK MLA for a very long time. I hope there will soon be a govt medical and an engineering college. Thanks

Dear Sir, I am daily commuting from Kelambakkam (office) to Villivakkam (residence) by Company bus. The distance is around 40 Kms. It takes nearly 2 - 2.25 hours by road to reach home in the evening. The reason is heavy traffic congestion in South Chennai particularly Saidapet, Kotturpuram, College / Sterling road. Kotturpuram flyover work to be expedited. Likewise, many other flyover construction work in South Chennai is going slow due to various problems. People are put to severe hardships bcoz of this increasing traffic flow. Request you to please instruct the concerned authorities to expedite the work.
