Respected Sir My village is a small hamlet called SEMMAN KULI situated in between seetha palayam and selamba gounden palayam in Bhavani taluk, Erode distict. Our request is that we want the Road facility to our hamlet Semman kuli. From and after Independance, we are requesting the various Governments ruled our state to form road to our hamlet Semman kuli as important and basic infrastructure from 1947. There is one such politician to do needful to our hamlet, Semman kuli. we think that person is Thiru.M.K.stalin. we rquest to form a road to our hamlet semman kuli. This hamlet can be connected by road if the Local administration or High way department form a link road or bye pass road between seetha palayam to selamba gounden palayam. This link road or by pass road will help to reduce the Traffic in Bhavani- Anthiyur State High way. If such road is formed, the Bhavani-Anthiyur road can be directly linked to Bhavani-Sathiyamangalam main road wihout toching Bhavani. Today Bhavani Town is also very big municipality. If this link road is formed in between Seetha palayam and selamba gounden palayam, then it will reduce trafic in Bhavani municipality. For these reasons stated above, we request our Rural development Minister to look the matter and advise the high way authorities to visit our Semman kuli hamlet and do the needful. When the officials are visting our hamlet, semman kuli, they may find a difficulty in identifying entry route place. They can enter via seetha palayam or selmba Gounden palayam. Seetha palayam is situated in between Bhavani- Sathy Road. And Selamba Gounden palayam is Situated in between Bhavani- Anthiyur Road. Kindly provide road map and catalogue to our officials so that they can visit our hamlet. Many people in our hamlet people are Aditamils and Adidravids. Most our people are poor and are living in huts.Rural housing is the next problem and followed by ruralsanitation. we request our TN Government to do needful to our hamlet SAMMAN KULI. Matheswran

Please do what ever you can and win in this election. If we loose they will trouble us by 356. They have no ethics and rules in their life. We are not ready to cry again. We cried a lot when that lady arrested our CM. Please. We must rule for the uplift of this country and state. Please we are not asking any help from u. Just get a 100 % victory. At least 30- 35 seats we need. Please. I beg you Talapathi and Alagiri anna. If u send a single line reply with "OK" for my request, that will be a mile stone in my life.

Hi, You know, how worse the traffic conditions are in Chennai. I think, it's time to think about alternatives. Why can't we have a hop-on and hop-off kind of transport service, like in many European Countries. For example, why can't we a transport service from Chennai Beach To Kelambakkam. Chennai Beach - Thiruvanmiyur R S (in MRTS) and Thiruvanmiyur R S - Kelambakkam (in Bus) - in a single ticket. If we can arrange this, we can avoid most people going through Adyar and Santhome. The time will also be reduced a lot. Also, now, if a person want's go to Kelambakkam from Central, then he has to go to Parrys or Saidapet, to get a bus. Instead, if he can go to Park Station, he can easily access Kelambakkam. This might not cost anything more, except that the Government may need to set up a small bus stand in Thiruvanmiyur R S. But this will really help a lot to reduce traffic Adyar LB Road and Thiruvanmiyur.

Hon.Minister Shri M K Stalin, Greetings... In general the canidate list released for loksabah election is fine except for Tutucorin...Change of candiate will bring better winning chances.. 2. The focus for the ellection, in our view, shoud be on STABLE, STRONG, EFFICIENT AND GOOD GOVERNANCE. 3. OPPORTUNISITIC ALLIANCES SHOULD BE EXPOSED PARTICULARLY PMK/MDMK. 4. Sir, I am staying in Delhi far past 3 years. We brought up in nice way survive to the fittest in the means of English, tolerance, intellegance, etc. The one we are lacking is our own National language (Hindi). Still I have soul to understand the Tamil fighters who died for the Tamil. We Tamilians never leave the Tamil at any cause, but badly we need Hindi to be taught in Tamilnadu. We are good at C language as well as Java. Why not in Tamil and Hindi, which will enhace our place in India. If we have Hindi background we can get into the other Public Service Commissions too (Class I officer strength too). Though our constitution says "Prohibition of discrimination under religion, place of birth, language, etc", we are facing it in our daily life. Hope Hindi never eat the local language (Senthamil). It is my personal plea to Mr. Thalapathi,

Dear Thazhapathi, Regarding Eelam Tamils issue, Dr.Kalaignar has requested, demanded and even on 9th April,2009 begged (called Sonia Gandhi as Thayae)Sonia Gandhi to save Eelam Tamils from the brutal, barbaric and uncivilized attack by Sri Lankan Army on Eelam Tamils. But no response from Sonia Gandhi so far. The present scenario reveals that Government of India expecting the news of loss of life of Prabakaran. After that, Government of India will definitely take some action on this issue. I feel that this is against the principles of Lord Budha, Mahathma Gandhi, Theiva Pulavar Thiruvalluvar.Tit for Tat is unlikeable one. Thiruvalluvar in one Kural says "To punish the wrong doer is to do good things to him". Therefore, my humble request is to follow Thiruvalluvar and forget and forgive past things like a God and save the Eelam Tamils from the genocide and to take immediate steps to stop the brutal and barbaric war by Sri Lankan on Sri Lankan Tamils. So far, all the democratic means of request made by Dr.Kalaignar are failed. Please consider other mode of agitation compelling Government of India to discontinue its assistance to Sri Lankan Government in war field of Sri Lanka and to give respect to the feeling of 7 Crores Tamils in Tamil Nadu in the matter of immediate ceasefire in Sri Lanka by its Army without any minute of delay.Otherwise the history of Tamils will not forgive us. Introduction: We, a small group of responsible citizens, would like to share our expectations from the prospective parliament members across the major political parties such as yours. It is also possible that some of these could already be featuring in your election manifesto – and in which case our reiteration only highlights their significance. For simplicity sake we are listing the above-mentioned expectations in a bullet-point format – as most of them are self-explanatory. Wherever clarifications are required the same are provided alongside. Kindly note that the list is only a simple listing, and hence not in any order. We also take this opportunity to wish the deserving and meritorious candidates all success in this election. List of minimum demands: 1. Evolve a robust River-water management – • Nationalise the major rivers across the country • Link the above rivers effectively to benefit all the interested states. • Evolve a national policy on river-water sharing – during the interim period – pending implementation of the above. • Supplement the above Policy with a sound procedure (based on scientific formulas), together with strengthening the authority of the dispute-resolution forum. 2. Make QUALITY EDUCATION and HEALTH-CARE as fundamental rights – • Make Education up to Standard 12 compulsory – Provide subsistence subsidy to the poor parents till the child completes the schooling (subsidy to a max of 2 children) • Take Education to very backward and inaccessible remote areas through ‘mobile schools’ • Quality institutions should be set up for those seeking vocational courses as an option, after class X. • Make Civic Education compulsory at all schools • Provide attractive tax-incentives to education / health-care related charities. • Make Government Hospitals mandatory for all Government employees, including MLAs, MPs, and Ministers. 3. Formalise the Accountability factor of the Ruling Party – • Mandate all the contesting parties to commit to a list of minimum demands – with such demands reflected in quantitative terms • An independent agency (could be one of the major audit & accounting firms) should be appointed with the task of reviewing and reporting the commitment vs. actuals, on a periodic basis (at least once in 6 months). • Included in the scope of audit should also be the status of the declared assets of each MP, vis-à-vis the baseline declared by them prior to the elections. • To ensure independence of the above agency the appointment, fixing remuneration, reporting etc should be vested with the Parliament through the Speaker of Lok Sabha. 4. Make India one of the most Environment-friendly countries in the world – • Non-adherence to pollution-control measures should be made a criminal offense • Offer tax sops for adopting non-conventional energy processes (like Solar or Wind) • State Governments – with designated Minister and the Chief Minister as primary parties – should be made accountable for deteriorating pollution-related data. 5. Promote e-Governance in a large way as a means to administer the country – • Primary coverage should be Birth & Death certificates, Voter-cards, Driving Licenses, Land-related documents like ECs & Patta, Passports, and Ration-cards. • Introduce a Unique Identification System covering all the citizens of the country. • Evolve and implement a whistle-blowing process for registering complaints relating to bribes, delays in service, defective approvals etc. • Specific e-complaint cells should be created to register and go into complaints relating to child-abuse, women harassment etc. • Progress or otherwise of the above e-governance functions should be within the scope of independent audit, referred elsewhere. Dear Thazhapathi, For the last one year, I am spending sleepless nights and tearing while seeing the photos of Eelam Tamils(women, girls, children etc.) brutally murdered by Sri Lankan Army not as a Tamilan but as a human being and a father of two children. No civilized Government will do like the war brutality carried out by Sri Lankan Government. But Sri Lankan President Raja Bakshe is doing the brutal and uncivilised war against Eelam Tamils with the alleged fullest support of some powerful Government. While welcoming the DMK sponsored Thamizhar Perani to be held on 09.04.2009, I would like to brought to your notice that a news from France Press wherein it is stated that more than 50% of soldiers in 58th Division of Sri Lankan Army consists of Indian Soldiers who is fighting against LTTE Cadres. It is also stated that the war against LTTE is assisted by Indian Army Personnels(Malai Malar, Madurai Edition,dt.08.04.2009). The Sri Lankan Ministers have also earlier stated in the Sri Lankan parliament that unless with the support of Indian Government, Sri Lankan Governemnt would not have got this success and therefore Sri Lankans would be very thankful to Indian Government. From the above facts, the allegations made by some political leaders in Tamil Nadu that the war in Sri Lanka against LTTE is really carried out by India is come to be confirmed. DMK is one of the major partners in ruling coalition. This coalition(UPA) is headed by Congress. So, the moral responsbility in supplying arms and ammunition and helping Sri Lankan Army in genociding Eelam Tamils vests mainly with Congress and partly with DMK. There is also news that Indian Government has assisted Sri Lanka Rs.5800 Crores which is really going to be used for the War against LTTE. In the circumstances what is the use of proposed perani and participating Congress in the Thamizhar Perani. The using of cluster bombs and poisionous gas bombs in the War against its own citizen (It is said that Tamils are their own citizen by Sri Lankan Government)by the Sri Lankan Army clearly shows that they are not a civilised Army but an army controlled by an uncivilised political leadership.[The Sri Lankan Government says that all the places controlled by LTTE are captured by Sri Lankan Army. Then what is the aim of continuing the War.What is the hurdle in giving equal rights to Eelam Tamils. Please keep it mind, after the defeat of LTTE, Sri Lankan Government will not give any thing to Eelam Tamils. Again, they will be treated as slaves and 2nd class citizens.] In the circumstances, I would like to suggest kindly stop the political drama and force the Government of India not to assist and support Sri Lankan Government in the War. It it is done, the war will be automatically come to an end.Otherwise, there is no use of conducting rallys, dharnas, demonstration and sending telegrams, etc. I am not criticizing any body, but being an Indian and a Tamilian, as I feel this is my moral duty to suggest a leader of Tamil. Please consider my suggestion and help the Eelam Tamils to save themselves from the clutches of 21st Centurty Hitler Rajapakse and his unconditional supporter. Thanking You, my dear Thazhapathi.

Sir, I am the President of the Overseas Tamils Confederation stationed in all over the world. In our Tamilnadu, Corruption is existing in all Govt.Offices. You are the youngest Minister and can eradicate the Corruption. All most all VAOs, Policemen and subordinate officials are receiving bribes in TN in order to meet out the expenses of the visiting VIPs (Ministers/IAS/IPS officers) to the Districts and other functions. On enquiry the VAOs & other Officials have personally informed the matter to me during my visit to Tamilnadu in January 2009. Why all VIPs are availing the Boarding & Lodging fecilities at the cost of Local Officials. This is a Himalayan shame to us. Even the Vigilance Dept officials also are availing the Food and other fecilities at the cost of the Local Police stations.Very very shame. Sir, please go through the matter and arrange to eradicate the corruption in Govt. offices. Then only we can stand first. Please inform your action taken on the matter.

Even govt can verify this through census or cross check in various strata of people. Pls donot give any seat to IUML since none of the muslims care this as a pary. Pls increase 3.5 to 7 percent of reservation. There is widespread discontent among muslims regarding 3.5% inadequacy. If the govt do this,it can reject TMMK also. The Kongu vellala peravai at Karur strongly thinks the polluted water discharged from Textile Induatries be conveniently discharged into the sea. Already the rivers and the population sutained by the rivers Noyyal,Bhavani, amaravathi farming community have abandoned Vulavuththozhil and the land has become sterile. The scientists of Indian Institute of Science ( to name one) will not approve the idea of letting polluted water into the sea. The sea water contains more lives in every drop than the river water.I request you, to ensure that our problem-solving decisions be okayed by the IITs ,IISs and environmental scientists.
