In this land we have a cement works, petty shop, borewell and Rain water harvesting pond with 2 huts. we dont sell to anyone, but he changed the name in patta by using wrong documents. we have a lot of problems with V.Manivasagam vakkur,thevangudi near sithiyathope. Then he illegally occupied our land with the support of 50 rowdies. And he destroyed the shop,huts and rain water pond by using the bulldozer. In this my brother got injury and admitted in hospital. Past 2 years he gave torture to my family. he may be threat to our life. In your golden periods I hope with your capable administration You can solve our problem. Sir we trust you rather than god.

The MC is also form DMK and he is filling his pocket and not serivicing to the public. The Chairman is from PMK, so No betterment / facilities will be provided to Ambattur. this is the talk going in Ambattur. Kindly look in to it. No drainage facility will be provided. I regret to bring to your kind notice about aweful functioning of the Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection department. I have applied for a new ration card as far back in the year 2004. As there was no response for more than 5 years, I again applied afresh on 6.8.2009 which was duly acknowledged by the ASST.COMMISSIONER (DS)AMBATTUR on 10.8.2009. This Office is supposed to verify my credentials within 30 days which they are yet to do it. I have also lodged ONLINE complaint vide complaint NO.CS11497 followed by reminders. But no action has been taken till date. IS THIS THE WAY A GOVT.DEPARTMENT SHOULD TREAT A PENSIONER LIKE ME ? We applied for Permanent community certificate in March 2009. We belongs to CHRISTIAN VELLAN CHETTY community. Acording to Tamilnadu Govt. order MS. NO. 1564 social welfare day 30-07-1985,serial no. 192, our caste hasd been included under Backward class (BC) category. All of my blood relations are having permanent community certificate. For the past 6 months I am trying to get the same. Tuticorin Village Administrative officer(VAO) Mr.Moorthy,and Deputy Thasildhar (DT) Mr.Kallapiran are unreasonably rejecting my application. So I appealed to DRO Mr.Ravichandran who ordered DT Mr.Kallapiran for an enquiry of my blood relations. But the DT has issued End of Statement without conducting proper enquiry. Since our caste has been declared as backward class in 1985 ,my father’s Service Register (SR) did not have caste specifications, only religion “INDIAN CHRISTIAN “ is specified. The DT and VAO are torturing us by questioning the SR.,Though we have other proofs. Though we have honestly submitted all the documents both VAO and DT have refused us. But the VAO issued the same certificates to others. So I could not join my job. Though I myself and my brother have all exceptional talents, we could not get our caste reservation benefits. I hereby humbly request you to help us. I assure that I will cooperate with all enquiries. Thank u very much.

This is to bring your attention to the fire accident in this area and news reports published in Junior Vikatan on their issues dated 23, 27 & 30th of September 09. Here power theft from the electric posts is a common affair and even after several complaints at the local EB office and to the vigilance cell of TNEB. But no stern action has been taken to control this menace. When enquired why no actions have been taken we were given lame excuses just to avoid this issue. Recently there is a fire and people have been injured due to this. I request your immediate attention and action to regularise this and save the valuable lives from further casualties arising out of the illegal power trade and theft.

Dear sir,I'm living in turaiyur town in trichy district.[621010].As a public I would like to bring a fraudulant to your kind attention.This issue is about guideline value in registration dept inyuraiyur region.In our town the guideline rate doesnot come noteven 10% percent of the market value.The town is divided in to trichy road,perambalur road and hospiltal road.In trichy road the market rate is about 6000-8000 Rs. But the guideline rate is only 400.In hospital road the value goes upto 3000 Rs. But the guideline rate is only 400. Now the govt has planned to make a bypass road in turiayur.It starts from musiri pirivu[cross] road .The market value for the road facing site is not less than 3000 Rs/sq.ft.But the guideline value is still at the lowest level.Even inside empty plots are selling for 400-500 Rs. But they use some loopholes and register for the value for 75 Rs.only per sq.ft.Just opposite from that road the area is coming under chittrapatti village where 500-600 Rs. plots are registered for even less value like Rs. 40/sq.ft. Even after some people given the complaint letters this is not yet rectified. For example some individuals in our town have bought the Bharathi theatre for seven crore and five lakhs.It is not yet registered as they have time for few months to settle . but they have made siteplan and selling the sites.The road facing plots cost around 8000 Rs/sq.ft..Inside the 20 feet road the cost per sq.ft.is 6000Rs. These kind of things happening not only at Turaiyur ,butalso in the surrounding viilages near by. This kind of low guideline rates leads the people with wrong income groups dump their money and show their value very less.That's the reason the register office in turaiyur registered more than 10,000 registration documents last year.It is way more than trichy offices.even this year till last july almost 5000 documents were registered. I feel like this has been lead to great loss to the govt revenue and create bad image about our govt.So,I request you to kindly investicate this matter as early as possible and take nessesery action.THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I have been doing renewal of my registration duly till 2003 and the next due for renewal of my registration is 2006. Unfortunately, I have lost my employment card and recently I found the card and understood that I lost to renew my card since 2006. I understand that I have lost all my 17 years of seniority and I have to renew as a fresh candidate from the employment exchange. Meanwhile, I met with a road accident this year and I have been jobless for more than six months. I understand from the employment exchange web site that a special concession is given for the candidates who lost to renew during 2004 and 2005 reference No.27205/N2/2006-1, dated 18/08/2006. Also special concession given for the candidates who lost to renew during 2008 reference press release number 547 dated 27/08/2009 G.O No.478 dated 24/08/2009. I would like to bring to your kind attention that I am the single earning person of my family, I have two small children and I am struggling to manage my family expenses. My husband was working as a driver in the office of the Collector of Chennai as early as in 28-12-1955. Thereafter he was transferred to Tamilnadu civil supplies Department where he worked till his retirement on 30.3.1994. He received pension until his death dated on 14.4.1997. After his death the family pension was not given to us. Now we are struggling for our daily needs and we are in very poor condition. Already I have sent a letters and reminders to the office of the Collector Chennai on various dates from 1997 to till date requesting to grant family pension. But on 2.3.2006 they sent a reply that there is no such rule to issue family pension to us, because the deceased (My Husband) had already received all pension benefits at time of his retirement. The accident level has gone up and even today with my own eyes i saw 5 accidents take place in different parts of the city. 2.I went to North taluk office to submit my ration card for change of address, i got the ration card back no doubt in it but can u imagine how long did it take for me to get it back to write 2 lines of address, it took them 2 months and i was hearing it from other public that they had been roaming around to get the card back for almost 5 - 6 months, this is due to short staffing and also they don't maintain it orderly,They give the priority to the well known people there by losing the ration cards even. 3.Sir, it was in your government that built more than 20 - 25 bridges in the city of Chennai.But our city has two bridges, which i have seen painted and taken care when you, Dr. Kalaignar, Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam and recently Rahul Gandhi came into the city. The funniest part is they paint and decorate the route in which you are destined to go. 4.The Coimbatore corporation is very responsible sir.I dunno how but they predict rain better than our Meteorology department.*They open all the drainage systems during the rainy season only.also the existing 2 bridges do not have drainage. 5.Water supply is abundant in this region sir, this must be the report the officials file to you, but have the public said,its a BIG NO.our water scarcity is the worst. I have 9children, their families also in poor condition, if we get "PATTA", it will be very helpful for our family and our family remembers you in every second of our lifetime. At the least,can you kindly come to some kind of conclusion like either "Give away our plot back or an alternate site or the compensation money towards the loss we are incurring because of your Govt.? Why you wish to make others suffer when you have power in hand? Why you dont want us to live our lives peacefully? My parents was applied patta name transfer for two lands in Tambaram Taluk 18months back. Till date i am running behind Tahsildar. Patta already provided by taluk office in previous land owners name.If they are not able to do work.kindly provide me a chance how to do it in sytamatically to speed up the process as a consultant.You no need to pay. We are all the contractor labours of about 110 people in 295CWSS,pollachi sub division,Coimbatore district from the past five years.We are working as pump operators and also we are doing motor maintenance works,pipeline maintenance works around pollachi for 24x7 days for a pay of Rs.2000/month and we are now requesting you to kindly make us permanent by terminating by the contract basis and make us permanent on government basis.
